I Can Notarize

- ✓ Non-recordable documents — internal company forms, school records, letters
- ✓ Handwritten documents, provided the signer appears in person and procedure is followed
I Cannot Notarize
- ✕ Recordable documents — birth certificates, marriage licenses, deeds, death certificates
- ✕ Blank forms — documents with empty fields are refused as a fraud precaution
